Since co-founding RDM in 1994, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Robert Mosky has established himself as a visionary force in the real estate industry. He has developed a broad spectrum of projects that have shaped the Chicago skyline and beyond, with total property values of over $2 billion in new construction and conversion projects. Mr. Mosky has repeatedly distinguished himself by his ability to assess the feasibility of potential projects and choose only those which ensure the greatest success for all involved.
Jim oversees all business aspects of RDM’s investment and development platform, including development, asset management, financing, and capital transactions. Jim specializes in executing ground-up and adaptive reuse development projects, financial analysis, lease negotiations, as well as acquisitions and dispositions. Jim has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing of over $400 million in transactions.
Scott graduated from Miami University with a major in Urban Planning and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Scott manages the day to day operations of RDM’s portfolio and operation, including property transactions, commercial leasing, financial analysis and management. In addition to restructuring and implementing company objectives Scott works on the acquisition and planning of new development projects.
